For two decades, we've led development of various resort and specialty projects, including One Hundred Norman Place in Huntersville, NC; Arcadia Farms, Roquemore Estate, and Wells Grove Patio Homes in Orangeburg, SC, Ballards Pointe Resort & Marina in Santee, SC, Canongate Golf Clubhouse and Mirror Lake Golf Clubhouse in Atlanta, GA; Pinecrest Golf Clubhouse in Bluffton, SC; the Roquemore Building in Elloree, SC. We've also constructed more than eighty custom homes and performed project management services for many commercial and industrial ventures.
